For all products, the following conditions apply:
Unopened original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
Installed printheads are non-returnable unless a manufacturer's defect is verified.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Prices are in CAD and shipped from BC. By purchasing, you acknowledge Zener is an independent supplier of original parts and not an authorized manufacturer distributor.
Zener is not liable for production downtime. Warranty on original parts is subject to the specific manufacturer's terms and Zener's verification process.
